If you are on controller you have to turn off the 'move while using scope' or zoom, or whatever they call it. Because the left stick is used to control the zoom. On M/K you use the scroll wheel, which leaves WASD free to move, that's why the option is in there. #2.
Posted December 10, 2015. Lately I have noticed that there are a lot of players who choose not to use scopes on their Combat MG. I'm assuming they can afford a scope, since they are always high-level players, and they frequently have platinum tints as well as other expensive accessories that indicate they have money.
